Features - Professional Services Office
Conference Bridge
The Fibernetics Conference Bridge is an excellent feature, at no additional cost to customers. It allows for multiple employees and/or departments to have their own personalized PIN number with as many PIN numbers as required. This feature also allows for multiple calls to take place at the same time. All of this for no Monthly Fee which can save companies hundreds of dollars per month.
Management Of Individualized Mailboxes By Individuals
The ability to allow staff to manage their own extension set up frees up administrators of the system. Individuals can change their call flow and set time of day scheduling as it suits them. No need to go to someone else in the company and have their set ups changed.
DISA (Direct Inward System Access)
The DISA feature can save a company significant cell phone fees by allowing “authorized” users of DISA the ability to call in and enter their code to make an outgoing long distance call when they are not in the office. It will also allow the Caller ID to pass as the Company’s Information and not that of the cell phone user.
CDR (Call Detail Recording)
With the CDR it makes it easier for those in “billing” to separate calls in “real time” per extension and also gives them the option of “inbound” calls, “outbound” calls or both. These reports can be produced for any time frame that they need and can easily be downloaded to “csv” or “pdf” file format for reporting purposes.
Find Me, Follow Me
With “find me, follow me” enabled, staff can take calls virtually anywhere and never miss a call. People calling in and entering an extension with the “find me, follow me” feature set up will not know if a staff member is in the office or taking the call “remotely”. This feature benefits those who regularly work out of the office and are still required to have the ability to take calls.
DID (Direct Inward Dial)
Fibernetics can provide a company with additional DID numbers for those who require their own phone number for an additional low monthly fee of $2.00 if the amount of phone numbers on their system exceed that of their line count. People can then choose to have this number displayed to callers on outbound calls by having this set as their extension’s outbound caller id. Fibernetics can also provide customers with new phone numbers from across Canada. This can benefit companies that have customers in locations that are not local to head office or can also be used for DISA capabilities for those who travel outside the local calling range of head office.
Toll Free Numbers
Fibernetics offers the addition of new toll free numbers at no monthly cost to customers. The only cost incurred is that of when these toll free numbers are called.
