Jody Schnarr
CMO
Jody brings to Fibernetics and its group of companies over 16 years experience in the internet telephone industry as a successful CEO and VP, Technology. Jody is one of Canada's rising stars: his architectural network vision, continued innovation and team leadership set him apart. Aggressive innovation sets the tone for Fibernetics' culture so that Fibernetics is becoming one of Canada's sought out companies to work for. Jody will continue to lead Fibernetics in the ever evolving Canadian telecommunications landscape and ensure it becomes a significant market leader. Jody also devotes time to charitable causes he is passionate about – children's education in computers and the internet. Jody studied Business Commerce at the University of Toronto. He serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Roy Graydon
Roy brings over 25 years of general management, investment management and capital markets experience to Fibernetics. Most recently, Roy was President, CEO and a Director of Aeroquest International, positions he held from 2005 to 2011. From 2003 until 2005, Roy was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Call-Net Enterprises/Sprint Canada. Roy has also worked as a Portfolio Manager and Vice President in the investment division of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and as a Vice President and Director in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance with TD Securities. Roy is a geophysicist by training and holds a B.Sc. in Geophysics and an MBA both from the University of Western Ontario. Roy is also a member of the board of directors of Cabo Drilling, a publicly traded Canadian mining services company.

John Stix
John Stix has been a leading Sales and Marketing entrepreneur in Canadian Internet and Telecommunications since deregulation. John has designed and brought to market some of Canada's most effective telecom marketing strategies that focus on rapid customer acquisition, low go to market costs and revenue generation. These strategies over the years have generated over 600,000 subscribers, tens of millions of minutes of daily usage and a ever growing sustainable model for Fibernetics and its group of companies. John's boundless enthusiasm is contagious and he has been featured in many publications and media and is a winner of Profit Magazine's young entrepreneur of the year award. John is a key member of the executive team and also serves as a board member.

Francisco Dominguez
Francisco Dominguez brings with him 23 years of experience in the fields of software design, telecommunications, hardware design, product management, and IP based service. Through Francisco's 15 years of management experience he has successfully built multiple highly motivated technical teams whose focus on customer service has led to multiple acclaims and prestigious recognition. Francisco's passion for that which is technical has allowed him to guide his teams into regularly taking the impossible and making it possible, while balancing the needs of both the organization, and the needs of its customer base. Francisco attended the University of Waterloo's Systems Design Engineering program.

Tracy Fischer
Tracy brings to Fibernetics and its group of Companies, over 15 years of Senior Sales, Business Operations, and Management experience in the information technology and Telecommunication industries. Prior to joining Fibernetics in 2010, Tracy's Sales & Management experience spanned Group Telecom, Sprint Canada, and Rogers Wireless. Tracy has a passion for technology & improving customer experience through innovation. Tracy has worked indirectly with the Fibernetics Group of Companies for over 10 years. Tracy holds her Psychology Degree from the University of Waterloo.

Yvon Bertrand
Yvon has spent over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, working throughout Canada and abroad for international and startup companies. His responsibilities evolved from network architecture and system engineering to product management and product marketing. Yvon is a well rounded professional in the Canadian telecom space, where he has worked for consultants, banks, insurance companies, operators and vendors. He is energetic and always passionate about his work; these qualities led to winning multiple international awards. Educated in Computer Science from the College de Rosement and the Université du Québec à Montréal, Yvon brings to the organization structured product development, product management and product support experiences.

Michael Brown
Michael Brown is a Co-founder and the VP of Product Development at Fibernetics Corp. Michael brings over 19 years of operational and marketing experience to Fibernetics and its group of companies including over 15 with the existing group.
As VP of Product Development Michael is responsible for the development, design, and improvements of residential products and services under the Worldline brand.
Michael has a unique knowledge of Fibernetics Corp. and its Family of Companies. Michael is customer focused and always has the customers interests top of mind.
Michael studied Marketing at Conestoga College and continues to build on his repertoire of marketing knowledge every day. He is highly counted on and is a key member of the Fibernetics team.

Sharon Coggans
Sharon Coggans is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience with private and public companies. After spending more than ten years in public accounting, she decided to focus her attention on technology based companies. She has held executive and senior finance management positions with hi-tech companies for the past 10 years. Her responsibilities have included strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, financing, taxation, financial reporting and logistics. She has led both implementations and upgrades of accounting and financial reporting systems.
Sharon holds an Honours BMath degree from the University of Waterloo with a Chartered Accounting Option.

Peter Cross
Peter brings over 15 years experience as a team leader in customer service and 20 years working in the telecommunications industry. Seven years ago, he moved to Puerto Plata to build a contact centre to service the Fibernetics group of companies. He continues to develop and operate this 100-seat contact center while serving as a liason to the Canadian head office. Peter grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo and studied English at the University of Waterloo along with Journalism/Public Relations at Conestoga College.

Linda Droughan

Gary Handelman
Gary Handelman combines multi-disciplinary computer systems and software design experience, high level problem solving skills and visionary conceptualization skills to produce unique technology solutions.
Gary holds a bachelor degree in Physics from McGill University and has over 20 years experience in software design. He has single-handedly developed both low-level and high level software platforms including a relational database and health and safety cloud services for the aerospace industry.

Larry Hishon
Larry is a technically diverse, Engineering Professional with 23 years experience in all aspects of Telecommunications, Data, and IT Project Management. Thirteen years of his career was spent at SaskTel where he developed a portfolio of products and consulting services from SaskTel core competencies, then created and maintained a network of strategic partners and representatives throughout North and South America who promoted and found opportunities for those products and services. Larry is a member with the Professional Engineers of Ontario and holds a BASc with Honors in Electronic Information Systems Engineering, University of Regina, Regina, Saskatchewan. He holds a Certificate in French Civilization, Sorbonne University, Paris, France, and a Certificate in Electronic Technology, Conestoga College, Kitchener, Ontario.

Todor Krastev
Todor Krastev holds a master degree in Law from the University of Sofia "St. Kliment Ohridski". Before joining Fibernetics he had an experience as an auditor at the Bulgarian Public Internal Finance Control Agency
and as in-house lawyer of an international oil-tank building company. Todor took part in the establishing of Vonix Ltd. - the Research and Development Center of Fibernetics in 2006 and since then is Vonix's General Manager.
Todor is responsible for the whole work process at Vonix, managing the budget of the company, searching for talented developers and system administrators, representing Vonix in front of the Bulgarian official authorities. His goal is to keep Fibernetics and its customers up to date with the most advanced technologies in the field of VoIP.

Amanda Little
Amanda joined Fibernetics in 2008 and is responsible for the overall Human Resources activities. Amanda's passion for Fibernetics and its employees is a key contributor to the overall culture and success of the company. To accompany her CHRP Designation, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, and graduated from the Human Resources program at Conestoga College where she was a 2011 Nominee of the Alumni of Distinction Award.

Sam Pajpani
Sam Pajpani joined Fibernetics in 2011 and is responsible for the overall Marketing Strategy. Prior to joining Fibernetics, Sam held senior level positions at Sprint Canada, Rogers Wireless and Bell Canada all within Marketing Strategy and Sales. Sam holds BA from the University of Toronto and is also currently enrolled in the Strategic Leadership Program.

Nikolas Petridis
Nikolas Petridis has 11 years of Telecom experience, with 10 years dedicated to the Global Wholesale Industry. Nik's experience spans from servicing the North American Carrier space to servicing the International Carrier space with professional services, traditional Telecom connectivity and Trading. Nik's knowledge in the Telecom industry coupled with his business experience proves Fibernetics' commitment to being "the Carriers Canadian Network". Nik's responsibilities include managing the Top and Bottom line revenues, P&L and the overall Wholesale strategy.

Richard Schleihauf
Richard Schleihauf brings two decades of telecommunications experience to the Fibernetics team. He has worked for a number of different service providers, spanning the industry, including: Local, Long-Distance, Wireless, and Internet. Richard has been critically involved in the establishment and/or growth of several different CLEC's. His roles have been diverse, encompassing strategic planning, engineering, network operations, business development, carrier relations, and regulatory.
Richard joined Fibernetics in 2009, and has been a key team member in helping Fibernetics grow. He looks forward to working with his peers, in helping Fibernetic's continuation of growth and prosperity. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce, from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec.

Michael Young
Michael Young is an award winning design professional bringing over 25 years experience to the Fibernetics team. His work as a Creative Director for one of Canada's leading web development & technology firms involved lead design, project management, and brand development as well as work in interactive media, video production and all aspects of graphic design.
Michael was always impressed with Fibernetics vision and their unique approach to the telecommunications marketplace, so in January 2009 he accepted a full time position with Fibernetics as VP of Creative and Design. He looks forward to continuing in the success and growth of Fibernetics by further developing their core brands and executing on its marketing initiatives. Michael is a graduate of Sheridan College and Humber College's Advertising and Graphic Design program.
