Fibernetics Corporation reserves the right to charge the following rates for Requests for Information (“RFI”):  $100 per hour (1-hour minimum).

Typical time spent on an RFI is 30 – 60 minutes per IP address, or per telephone number, or per customer or email lookup. Times may differ accordingly and vary depending on the nature of the RFI request.
