The Toronto Agile Community is holding the 7th Annual Agile Conference (formerly called Agile Tour Toronto) today at the Hilton Toronto.

This popular conference, which has sold out each year, provides attendees and sponsors with numerous opportunities to benefit from this lively, informative and interactive event.
The conference includes seven concurrent interactive sessions and plenty of opportunities for attendees to network. For those that are new to Agile or for those that have a lot of experience, this conference will deliver value to all levels of expertise.

Business audiences will gain key insights and learning on the practical implementation of Agile methodologies within companies. For Agile practitioners, they will find out about the latest developments, tools and methodologies. The theme of this year’s conference is “The Agile Workplace,” emphasising the importance of workplace culture – a key aspect to all Agile environments.

Closing out the conference will be Fibernetics president John Stix, whose pioneering work in workplace culture and his “I’m In!” initiative, has made him an in-demand public speaker for major events like Agile in Canada and in the United States. Recently he struck a strategic partnership with renowned Happiness Advocate, Shawn Achor.

The title of his talk today is “Change your workplace culture and experience a chain reaction.”
